Born from a Family Kitchen, Raised on a Charcoal Grill
Erwina's Inasal Filipino BBQ started the way the best meals do — around a family table, with recipes that don't need rewriting. Our founder grew up watching her mother tend the grill, turning simple marinated chicken into something that made neighbors ask for the secret.
That secret? Real charcoal, patient marination, and a belief that Filipino food deserves to be taken seriously — and celebrated loudly. Today, every skewer we grill carries that same warmth, that same intention.
